In 1994, he was named mill manager at the Thilmany, Wisc. mill, which at the time was part of International 纸’s industrial papers business. In 2000, 萨顿 relocated to 欧洲 to serve as director of 欧洲an corrugated packaging operations and was promoted to vice president and general manager responsible for all corrugated packaging operations across seven countries in the EMEA (欧洲, the 中东和非洲) region in 2002. In 2005, he was named vice president – strategic planning and relocated to Memphis. He was appointed vice president – supply chain in 2007 and elected senior vice president – supply chain in 2008. In 2010, 萨顿 became senior vice president – printing and communications papers of the Americas. 萨顿 was appointed senior vice president – industrial packaging in November 2011.

萨顿 serves on the 董事会 for The Kroger 十大外围足彩网 (NYSE: KR), a retail company that operates supermarkets and multi-department stores throughout the United States. He is a member of the Business Roundtable and The Business Council. He also serves on the board of directors of the American Forest & 纸 Association, Memphis Tomorrow and the LSU Foundation. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical 工程 from Louisiana State University.

He serves on the board of The National Council for Air and Stream Improvement, Inc. (NCASI) as well as Seeding Success, which is a Memphis “cradle to career” partnership for children. 埃利斯 previously served on the board of directors for the National 纸 Trade Association and AF&PA printing, writing and pulp sectors, as well as the Memphis Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

埃利斯 earned a bachelor of science in chemical 工程 from Louisiana State University, and completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

艾梅格雷格 was elected senior vice president, supply chain and information 技术 in January 2023. 在这个角色中, she has leadership responsibility for the global sourcing, disruptive technologies and operational excellence organizations. Hamic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a Masters of Business Administration – both from the University of Virginia.

Allison joined the company as a process engineer in 2000 and was named an officer in 2016. 尼科尔斯 has nearly three decades of experience in the packaging and paper industry. James (Jay) Royalty joined International 纸 in 1991 and has served in a variety of converting, 销售, 市场营销, 财务和领导角色. In 2008, Royalty was named a company officer and was elected senior vice president, 欧洲, 中东和非洲(EMEA), in 2019.

Royalty earned a degree in mechanical 工程 from Vanderbilt University.

约瑟夫·萨博 joined International 纸 in 2001 as legal counsel for Environment, Health and Safety after working as an environmental lawyer for several years. 从2005年到2010年, he served in various positions in the corporate law group, including chief counsel – global governance and compliance and general counsel, 纸美洲. Sosnina was recognized as 欧洲an CEO of the Year 2020 by RISI Fastmarkets, and the first woman to be nominated for this award.

Sosnina holds a Master’s degree in Economy & Finance from the Institute of Nuclear Power Engineering (MEPhI), Obninsk, Russia. She also completed a business internship in Marketing and Finance at the University of South Carolina, 美国.
